Time to recover today and replenish my fluids. This morning at 8am I still have some diarrhea nothing crazy but I'm very weak and my stomach and lower back are very sore. I've had to go every hour once small amounts of diarrhea. Started as a few still hard "pebble" ones but a lot of them. Finally around 10:30pm I started having bowel movements. "Ice packs helped a lot with the cramps" They still hurt but it took the edge off. I would compare them to second stage labor contractions level of pain. Besides peeing a lot from all the water I was drinking with it. Around 6pm I started feeling the urge to go but nothing was happening. Never taking this again, I'd rather be constipated. I am seriously hoping these cramps end soon though. By this time, thank god the diarrhea had stopped. I lay on the floor for 3 hours until I could call my partner. Was seriously considering calling 999 for an ambulance as my ectopic pregnancy wasn't even this painful. I felt like I couldn't even get my phone to call anyone. Woke up on the bathroom floor shivering, freezing cold. I passed out twice after seeing stars and hearing a loud ringing in my ears. Took 4 paracetamol and that hadn't even touched the cramps. I have drank loads of water and it hasn't made a difference. Bad cramps all through my ribs, tummy and shoulders. I woke up at 12am to use the toilet and went straight back to bed. I took them at 8pm at night as it said on the packet. I was getting bad gas pains and seen this as 'gentle' relief. Silly me- I took 2 as I'd gone through an ectopic pregnancy and painkillers had left me unable to go the toilet for 2 weeks. This stuff should come as a twin pack with buscopan to take to get rid of the cramps afterwards.ĭo not take this. My stomach has bloated up like I’m 8 months pregnant and I have referred gas pain in my shoulder. Eating has made the pain worse, and I can barely drink water without aggravating it. My entire gut is trembling - I can feel it twitch with a hand on my abdomen. I have felt the urge to go numerous times in the 14 hours since, with no luck. All subsided and I felt great! No bloat, abdomen back to normal. Wasn’t painful or burning, just crampy and I was very nauseous/dry heaving. I woke up at 7am with very painful gut cramps, got to the bathroom and had violent liquid stool for about 20 minutes. Took two tablets at about 10pm as it’s not my first time using a laxative.
